The owner and manager of these vacation homes is Eduardo La Regina de Andrade. Paulistano, graduated in business administration from PUC-SP. He has lived with Paraty for forty years, first on tours and holidays and then as a resident. He sailed for four years between Brazil and the Caribbean, when he realized that Paraty was the best place to live.
